Jay and Fran Grooters, previous owners who converted Sterling
Cottages to Colorado Cottages, gave us permission to use this
poem from their Christmas Letter in 1992, written during their later
years when they closed the Cottages for the winter. We feel it
expresses some of the feelings of Colorado Cottages that we want to
carry on. (We'll be keeping the Cottages open year around now!)
