Fireplace Wood Lily is a cozy duplex cotttage recently remodeled with warm and inviting beetle-kill wood paneling , one king bed, kitchenette with 4 burner stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, and coffee pot furnished with the basic dishes, silverware, and pots and pans, tub/shower combination, a 32 inch flatscreen and DVD player(there is a small DVD lending library in the office)and wood-burning fireplace. Its homey touches include a screened-in front porch reminiscent of lazy summer days. Dogs allowed for additional fee (see our pet policies)

PLEASE - No overnight guest additions upon arrival. Cancellations or changes made upon arrival will not be accepted and reservation will be charged as originally made. Our housekeeping cottages do not have daily maid service. All linens and kitchen items are furnished. Towels can be exchanged upon request. All cottages have private bathrooms with shower. Iris, Bluebird and Wood Lily have tub/shower combination baths. Our cottages do not have telephones, so please bring your cell phone. A pay phone is located on our grounds.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Deposits: We request the first night's deposit, plus tax, which needs to be received wthin 24 hours of making your reservation for your reservation to be confirmed. The balance is due upon arrival. Cancellations:We have a $35 cancellation fee per cottage for each reservation. Refund of your deposit, minus the $35, is guaranteeed if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of scheduled arrival date will result in forfeit of the deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the cottage for the entire stay. For families renting more than one cottage, there is a 60 day cancellation notice, and a $50 cancellation fee per cottage reserved. Sorry, NO refunds for early departures.
Personal checks may be used for advance deposits only (Credit card only for advance deposits on cottage #12). Cash, travellers checks, Visa and Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted for your balance due upon arrival.
CHECK-IN TIME: After 3 p.m. (If you will be later than 8 p.m., please call)
CHECK-OUT TIME: by 10 a.m.
ALL COTTAGES ARE NON-SMOKING. Any smoker must smoke outside at least a car length from any building. If anyone smokes inside the cottage, they are liable for the cost of returning the cottage to non-smoking status and for any loss of business incurred, which could amount to a minimum of $50 up to $500.
